High/Low - This hint will tell you whether or not you are high or low. That will allow you to further adjust your price so that you can get a correct answer.

The Ten Percent Button - Clicking on this button isn't really a hint, but it doubles the price window to plus or minus ten percent. For example, for a $500,000 home, any answer between $450,000 to $550,000 would be corrrect.
